Service Terms

Execution-based service: Growtify Hub provides execution, optimization, and support across B2B, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce platforms.
No guaranteed business outcomes: Leads, enquiries, conversions, sales, revenue, or visibility are influenced by external factors and are not guaranteed.
Non-refundable: All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable once the service has been initiated.
Inputs required: Services begin only after successful payment and complete business inputs are provided.
Client responsibility: Product accuracy, legal compliance, pricing, negotiation, fulfilment, logistics, and customer communication remain the client’s responsibility.
Third-party platforms: Growtify Hub is not liable for third-party platform downtime, policy changes, suspensions, algorithm shifts, or account history-related restrictions.
Conduct: False information, abuse, misrepresentation, or non-cooperation may lead to suspension or termination without refund.
Liability cap: Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
Data usage: Submitted data may be stored and used for delivery, communication, internal tracking, support, and performance monitoring.
Jurisdiction: Any dispute will be subject to applicable jurisdiction as defined by the final approved contract/legal terms.
